When to use more than 19-20 Aggregations?

Some of the SSAS guidance I've read suggest that it's generally not beneficial to have more than 19 or 20 aggregations on a partition.  Are there use cases where more aggregations are beneficial, and if so, what are they?  I'm hoping for some guidance on when I should think of testing out using more aggregations.
