-ve exponential value from Cube output

Hi,

I created a cube which is working good. but there is a measure which is giving output as -ve exponential value, sum of that measure give me the exact value but if i combine it with any dimensions it show -ve exponential value but if i format that column in excel those values become zero and life is good.

but my client dont want to see those values in first place.

Can anyone help me troubleshoot this issue.
