I have a custom report in Excel 2013 that utilizes the Cubeset, Cubemember, and Cuberankedmember functions. (We are specifically staying away from PowerPivot as the layouts do not meet our business needs).
For the most part, this is working wonderfully. However, I have a few measures that are returning unexpected results. What I'm trying to figure out is what is the MDX that Excel is running under the covers to get these results. If I could see that I could troubleshoot my problems and possibly fine tune the way I am retrieving data.
Are there any references out there that tell me what a Cubemember function equates to in MDX? I've searched and searched and searched....
