Proactive Caching

I have set up proactive caching on each of the Fact Table Partitions, Using the Standard Settings for Automatic MOLAP, with SQL Server notification, the tracking table is set to the Fact Table itself.

When I run SQL Monitor I do see that trace notifications are being received, followed by "Operation starting in 0 sec"

However when I check the last processed date of the fact table, the date doesn't change, and the proactive caching is not really updating unless I do a manual full process.

Has anyone seen this before, and How can I determine what the problem is?
