Using Bids 2008
There were a number of changes done and earlier I had used the "refresh" button in the DSV view, and the updates were reflected in the DSV. Now, however everything should be updates, yet when I hit refresh, the dialog still comes up and list all the changes it did earlier as "Added". What is going on here?
