Synchronization of Cube for 24*7 live of cube

Hi All,

Can anybody help me in Sychronization of Cube.

It seems that we just need 2 server with Same Cube database name.

Any we just need to execute the synchronization script.

Are there any pros & cons of using Synchronization.
