Rows count in SSAS

Hi All,

I have created a Measure for getting the number of rows for the partcular table with Aggregate function property value is Count.

but it is returning wrong values for some time, if the data base contains 31 records, its returning 27 rows.

Any reason for this or Any alternative method to get the No.of rows?
