Higher Level (Team) Measures in MDX

I'd like to show a higher-level aggregation for a given member selection in MDX.  For example, if I have 3 sales people on Team 1, I want to see each sales person's individual sales compared to the team's average:

SalesPerson            Ind Sales              Team Avg

Seth                       10                           20

Jimmy                   20                           20

Hesham               30                           20
