I am trying to reach a pivot table solution that would allow me to filter content based on selected dates being between start and end period.
My model is just a simple time dimension and a fact table with start and end date.
My goal is to achieve something that would allow the user to see the records of the fact table that are between one or more specific dates (the filter of time dimension).
I was trying to reach this by using a computed column that would check if some of the values selected in the time dimension is between the start and end date, but somehow this is not working...
Had anyone done something like this? We can achieve this in specific DAX queries, but I needed the funcionality in regular pivottables.
