Best Deployment process for changes on Exisisting Large Cube

Hi All

we have large Cube and we need to do the fallowing changes .

1. Need to add new measures in the measuregroup ( need to update DSV to get new columns)

2.Create some Calculated Measures and Update some Calculate Measures

3.As we are updating the Fact table , we need to include the new columns in Partition Templates ( we have partition template with which we will create Hourly and Daily  Dynamic partitions with the help of AMO ) .

what is the best way to get the changes in Existing partitions ( not all measuregroups have the changes , only few )

Please suggest us best and easy way to implement the changes .
