Rename hierarchy levels

I am new to SSAS .

I have a product Dimension with a hierarchy like Category-->Subcategory-->Product which is working. I  then changed the Category and SubCategory values in the source table and was expecting to see the new values in the hierarchy but I still see the old values being displayed. What do I change in the hierarchy so that it displays the new Category and Subcategory values.
