How to share Excel file with SSAS connection to different users?

Hi,

we've published one SSAS Tabular Cube to internet. We want to prepare some Excel files with SSAS connection and pivot tables and share them to our customers. I want to create new file with connection to this cube, prepare some example pivot table. Then I want to send this file to our customers, they should be able to login to SSAS with his credentials. The problem is, when customer open such file prepared by us, and they try to refresh the data, a login prompt opens. Unfortunatelly they cannot login, Login password not valid, or error in transport layer occurs. I'm sure this user has access to our cube, because when he creates a new excel file with new connection everything works fine. Issue happens only if user open file prepared by me and try to log in with his credentials.

Every customer has an AD account in our domain.

Does anyone have experience with such scenario? What is the best way to prepare some "template" excel files with SSAS connection and share them with other users?
