Dimension attribute settings - calculation error

Hello everybody,

I have encountered the following calculation problem (Analysis Services 2005):

Here is my cube and some sample rows from 2 of the main tables:

The above tables are joined using STATE field.

Using State in calculations generates the correct results butI'm getting erroneous results when usingState Code as in the following:

What could be the reason(s)?
