Analysis services not starting anymore

Hi, 

we have windows 2012 and SQL 2012 on two node cluster. Suddenly I am not able to start Analysis services which runs under domain account neither on one nor on another cluster node. i get error:

The service cannot be started: Message-handling subsystem: The message manager for the default locale cannot be found. The locale will be changed to US English. Message-handling subsystem: The message manager for the default locale cannot be found. The locale will be changed to US English.

Is any way to solve this without changing registry as this is production servers?
