Row level access by Perspective.

I have a date table and their e two perspective for example A and B.  A Windows active group lets say C will have access to both the perspective.

Currently the date table has all the year from 1980 - 2019 however I want to show in A perspective the year from 1980-2019 and in B perspective I want to show Year from 2000-2019to the same user group Chow can this be handled on the perspective side.
