Excel Pivot Show properties in Report is not working

Hi Team,

   I have and Excel template pointing to SSAS Cube. I am not able to view the data that has been selected under "Show properties in Report ". But i am able to view the column in the new Excel report. Kindly help me to understand why is this so, Is there any fix for this solution other than creating a new template to the client.
