How to round to nearest million in mdx query

Hi,

I am new to MDX and trying to round a value to the nearest million but just can't work out how to do it.

Any help is gratefully received.

This is the member that I am trying to round.

With member [measures].[rounded spot]as

-sum(([Measures].[Mvmt Amount], [COA FLOW].[COA Flow Hierarchy].&[PBT],YTD([ACCOUNTING DATE].[Hierarchy].currentmember)))
